A lot of the time nutrition can become confusing and scary to even begin with. i can tell you it need not be either, Theres 3 levels to my nutrition coaching and everyone including myself has to go through level one. (or at some point will come back too)
Before anything there has to be a few key fundamental practices in place before progressing onward with a Diet Plan, Just like you wouldn't wake up on a Saturday morning one day with no prior running experience and expect to run a marathon, You cant expect to get to a high level of competency with eating without first mastering the basic skills required.
I know what your thinking basic skills,
I can cook and put food in my mouth how basic do you need!
I can read food labels!
I've read carbs are bad for body fat!
These are basic skills indeed, some of them are in fact bullshit.. But im talking about the skills necessary to make any way of eating work towards a goal or health.
A way of building habits that stick, like getting up at 6 am for work or watching your favorite show at 8, Habits are routines that dictate who we are and what we are working towards!
